Blu Tack®: where it all began…
Did you know Bostik Blu Tack® was originally developed in 1969 as an accidental by-product? This happened during an experiment by a Bostik employee to make a new sealant. This went wrong and we were instead left with a "tacky" substance which was left around the office. What happened next? Our own employees began to find use for this substance as they used it to stick notes to one anothers desk. A new idea was born! And so was I, Tacky.
